A woman who loves Halloween has transformed the outside of her house into a spooky wonderland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imogen Taylor, 19, from Chapeltown, near Sheffield, loves the halloween season and wanted to decorate her home for her family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said: “I’ve got a lot of kids in my family, a lot of nieces and nephews, so I thought I’m going to go all out this year.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imogen lives with her mum and dad, who are also lovers of the spooky season. She says they bought the decorations of their neighbour who is currently unwell and can’t decorate her own home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We’ve bought everything off them and basically did it all for them, but it is for us at the same time because I do love Halloween.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She described the neighbourhood as ‘very friendly’ and a place with a real community feel about it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imogen first noticed people visiting the house when they would be walking past with their dogs and stopping to have a look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it’s received more attention, people now come in their cars from school and stop to look, “They ask, can I take a picture? I’m like yeah, go for it”, she said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She added: “I’ve got this skeleton with angel wings and his wings flap up and down, his head moves and he makes noises. I’ve got a couple zombies that crawl on the ground. Big, giant skeletons, I’ve got loads of skeletons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’ve got a witch, a blow-up Jack skeleton on a motorbike. I’ve got loads, honestly. It’s just mixes of dead skeletons and zombies and just stuff like that.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took Imogen two days to put up the decorations, however recently due to the strong winds, some things have had to be brought back into the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imogen wants to make it look scary but also inviting for the children who will see it on Friday 31 October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said: “I am trying to make a sign to say that if they want to press the buttons on them feel free but just be gentle with them but due to wind it’s quite hard to find something that’s going to keep up and not blow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’ve got a smoke machine as well that someone will be sat in the window pushing and I’ve made goody bags, little sweet goody bags for kids, I love it.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Halloween isn’t the only time their family like to decorate, with Christmas approaching in the near future, she explained how her dad loves to go all out for the holiday season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She emphasised that the Halloween decorations are a lot lighter compared to Christmas which is why her dad is in charge of that tradition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said: “Christmas is my dad’s thing and Halloween is mine.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
