Over 94 plants of cannabis have been located and seized in a pre-planned raid by South Yorkshire Police.
The drugs were located at a residential property on Strauss Cresent in Maltby, Rotherham on Thursday 2 November.
Officers are reported to have gathered intelligence indicating drug growth and supply at the property.
Inspector Rebecca Deraz said: “Cannabis farms and factories have a significant impact on our local communities.
“Some people may think cannabis is a ‘harmless’ drug, but it is often linked to organised crime and the exploitation of vulnerable people who are recruited to look after the growth.
“I encourage the public to look out for signs a property is being used to grow drugs.”
The South Yorkshire police have urged residents to look out for signs to detect cannabis growth at a property which can include a heavy smell of cannabis, blacked out windows, blocked letterboxes, heavy anti-odour devices, visitors at unusual hours and signs of a property not being lived in.
They ask people who are concerned about crimes in their area to contact them at 101 or in case of an emergency at 999.
