West Yorkshire Police has released an image of a man currently being investigated for a serious sexual offence they need help identifying.

The incident was reported to have happened in the Little London area of Leeds on Sunday, 12 November.  

A woman in her twenties is currently being supported by specially trained officers. 

Charity ‘Rape Crisis’ say that in the UK and Wales 1 in 4 women have been raped or sexually assaulted as an adult.

Additionally, the charity recorded that there is currently a record number of sexual offence cases waiting to go to court, 9,324.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man and police have asked anyone who’s seen him to contact Leeds District Adult Safeguarding Unit on 101.
