A candle-lit, musical experience is coming to Sheffield Cathedral throughout November and December.
The show will be run by the live entertainment company ‘Fever’ and will include tributes to Coldplay, Hans Zimmers’s Best Works, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and more.
Following a successful run in over 100 cities worldwide, the multi-sensory experience aims to make culture accessible to all and promote local musicians.
The concerts are known for showcasing great musical talent and taking place in stunning locations, making them popular with many.
Rosie Smith, an audience of the Candlelight Concerts, said: “ I have already been to the show twice before, and it was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed myself so much with the classical music, beautiful candlelight, and overall atmosphere.”
The first concert will be on 3 November and will see the Sheffield Cathedral illuminated by thousands of candles.
The goal is to provide a unique and immersive experience, allowing viewers to enjoy the magic of live music.
Mrs Smith added: “The Candlelight Concert was truly magic and it is one of those music experiences in Sheffield you absolutely cannot miss.”
