Students Prepare for the “biggest social of the year”, University Christmas Day (UXD).
Sheffield City Centre will be full of students dressed up in Christmas costumes, drinking and celebrating the end of term
Abi Moore, University of Sheffield Dance Society Social Sec, said: “we are really excited for the day its the biggest social of the year.”
I love UXD so much because in the space of 2 minutes at 9am I’ve seen 3 groups of santas and 5 girls painted green carrying crates of cider

Students and members of the city say that UXD brings a little bit of Christmas spirt to Sheffield
Joanna Smith, 28, bartender at The Benjamin Huntsman Wetherspoon, said: “Its a really fun day, I look forward to it every year, its so exciting seeing what the students dress up as and it really puts me in the Christmas mood.”
