CCTV images have been released by Sheffield Police after fireworks were allegedly fired at officers on bonfire night.

On Sunday 5 November, fireworks were fired from a vehicle at police officers in the Firth Park area of Sheffield between 8pm and 9.30pm by several young people.

The incident is reported to have almost caused injuries to police officers, and the perpetrator has still not admitted it.

The investigation is still ongoing and South Yorkshire Police hope to get several young men involved in the case to agree to speak by releasing CCTV footage.
