South Yorkshire Police have issued an appeal for information after the recent rise in arson incidents.
Between the 14th of September and the 30th of October, police are aware of eight incidents to have happened in the Darnall area.
These include attempted arson and arson that have endangered life.
Inspector Katie Rowland-Wilson, who is part of the South East Sheffield Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We believe that these arson incidents may be linked and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
“We know these incidents can be scary to residents in the area, please be reassured we are doing everything we can to bring justice.”
