The met office has extended its yellow weather warning for ice in Sheffield until Monday resulting in continued disruptions to travel services.
Pedestrians have been warned at the possibility of injuries from slipping on the icy surfaces and for those travelling to expect delays and disruptions.
Sheffield First Bus has issued a travel alert due to the severe weather, with initially suspending all services this morning, services now commence as the snow thaws.
The diverted routes are:
52a, Woodhouse terminating at fence round about, Hillsborough ends at Children’s Hospital
81, Dore/Millhouses now normal, Stannington ends at Malin Bridge
83, Chapeltown/ Sheffield, missing out Longley and Firs Hill, from Southey Green like a 20 to Wordsworth Ave down Adlington normal to Chapeltown.
86, Chapeltown and Sheffield route missing out Bevan Way and Foxhill
95 & 95a, Walkley is now back to normal, Meadowhall 95, set to follow normal route with Jenkin and Sandstone pending checks
98, Totley Brook follows normal route but Hillsborough uses Southey Green Road

Stagecoach Supertram has announced that following the early disruptions, Yellow route 09: 46 Middlewood-Meadowhall and Blue route 10:00 Malin Bridge- Cathedral have been cancelled.
All other services are set to be running as normal but passengers will face up to 10 minute delays across all routes.
