South Yorkshire Police have released CCTV  images of a man wanted for questioning relating to reports of “inappropriate sexual comments”, triggering an appeal to the public.

It is believed that a member of the public has repeatedly been a target of inappropriate sexual comments over the past two years.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “Enquiries are ongoing but officers are keen to identify the man in the images as they may be able to assist with enquiries.”

Members of the public are urged to pass any information relating to the man in question to the police via their new online live chat, online portal or by calling 101 and quoting the incident number 308 of 22 September.
