A collision occurred earlier today involving a black Yamaha motorcycle, a red Land Rover and a grey Seat Leon.

The incident took place between the junction of Manor Way and Rockley Lane.

Police were called to the A19 in Askern, Doncaster on Friday 1 November at around 5:30PM.

The incident was fatal and the motorcycle driver was sadly pronounced dead at the scene after efforts from emergency medical staff. 

The family of the driver has been supported by police.

The A19 was temporarily closed but has now reopened. 

South Yorkshire Police have appealed for witnesses and footage of a collision in Doncaster.

Police have urged anyone with dashcam footage to submit it, and for any witnesses who may have any information to come forward.
