The Met Office has issued a yellow warning forecasting a spell of snow that may bring disruption during Monday night and Tuesday morning.

As rain, sleet and snow clear on Tuesday morning, ice may form on untreated surfaces.

People should expect possible travel delays on roads stranding some vehicles and passengers.

Bus and train services may also be delayed or cancelled, with some road closures and longer journey times possible.
