They\u2019re not only popular because they\u2019re better than real relationships, but because they\u2019re cleaner, easier and way more controlled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or maybe it’s because people are lonely and are looking for a safe space where the quiet isn\u2019t as threatening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But don\u2019t mistake convenience for connection, it\u2019s a double-edged sword. An AI girlfriend might say all the right things, be there 24\/7, and never argue but that\u2019s not love it\u2019s a simulation. The comfort is real but the connection is artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
