Showcase Cinemas’ survey found that 36% of people surveyed prefer the solo cinema experience over going with company.

It is clear that going to the cinema is a trusty form of self-care as Dr Joeseph Delvin told stylist that ”going to the cinema provides opportunities for our brain to devote our undivided attention for sustained periods of time.”
