Celebrities have been defying dress codes and wearing outrageous clothing (or lack thereof) to red carpets for years. Some most notable looks include Lady Gaga\u2019s meat dress and Bianca Censori\u2019s see through dress, but has Cannes Film Festival<\/a> had enough? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Festival, which often has extravagant train\u2019s and lavish outfits, updated its dress code and the Charter now states, \u201cnudity is prohibited\u201d and \u201cvoluminous outfits\u201d are not permitted. This forced celebrities to change their festival outfits last minute, but who defied the dress code?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bella Hadid arrived at the Croisette wearing a Saint Laurent black dress. Although she was not nude, the dress had a high hip-slit, cross back and exposed sides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
