University of Leeds Project
In collaboration with the University of Leeds, I created a series of engaging motion graphics to enhance a research presentation, transforming complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. These motion graphics were utilised in a longer video and served as key elements during its editing process. By merging art and information, these animations enrich academic discussions, fostering reflection on the connections between design, innovation, and research, and showcasing the power of motion in storytelling.
Short Animation
Torghe
For my MA final project, I created a 2D animation inspired by an Iranian folktale from northeastern Iran. This film, produced using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and TVPaint, earned me a High Distinction and has been honored with nominations and awards at various international animation festivals. The story follows Torghe, a character who dreams of reaching the sun. Armed with the thousand and one names of God, which he recites as a protective shield along his journey, Torghe ascends closer to his goal. However, upon nearing the sun, he becomes mesmerized, forgets the final name, and is consumed by the sun’s flames.

Amnesia
For my BA final project, I created a stop-motion (Pixilation) animation using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop. This film has garnered recognition and awards at international animation festivals. The story centers on a man who adores a goldfish but struggles to connect due to his short-term memory. After several failed attempts to get closer, he decides to immerse himself in the fish’s experience. However, in an unexpected twist, the roles of the fish and man begin to intertwine.
University of Sheffield Project
In the lively environment of the Journalism department, I blend creativity with professionalism to help students improve their storytelling skills. I provide them with carefully designed graphic elements that enrich their narratives for Jus News and Shef News. This design process focuses on creating a strong visual identity that connects with their audience and captures the essence of modern journalism.
