According to Heaton, on one occasion it took staff 12 minutes to bring out a defibrillator during one incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking to social media platform X, Heaton said: &#8220;I was ABSOLUTELY dumbfounded by the medical response tonight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The whole of the venue and their organisation should hang their heads in shame.
