It will bring heavy rain and strengthening winds across England and Wales as it approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Yorkshire is expected to experience blustery conditions, the strongest winds associated with the storm are forecast further south, where gusts could reach 70mph in exposed areas.
