Credits: Councillor Mustafa Ahmed on Facebook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy Leader Zahira Naz has spoken out against the Darnall anti-migrant protest believed to be held by Patriot Platform.<br><br>\u201cWe will not be intimidated, divided or silenced,\u201d the Labour councillor stated. <br><br>In the early morning of Sunday, October 11, South Yorkshire Police received reports of a gathering of people on Catley Road, Sheffield.<br><br>Police said they attended and the group dispersed around 8.40am. They then received a report of criminal damage concerning a graffitied road.<br><br>Neighbourhoods Inspector Andrew Rimmer said: \u201cThis was a contained incident involving a nationally coordinated gathering in front of a locked bus compound. <br><br>\u201cThere is no intelligence to suggest there is any wider risk to the local community.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burngreave Councillor Mustafa Ahmed visited the location post-incident and following observation, had said the march was aimed at the coach company.<br><br>He also expressed concerns that the area was chosen due to its large Muslim community as a means to intimidate and frighten. <br><br>Cllr Mustafa Ahmed described the graffiti left on the coach grounds to be \u201calleging that the coaches were being used to transport refugees.\u201d <br><br>Tommy Robinson, promoting the protest on X, described the protest as the far-right group\u2019s \u201clatest mission\u201d and called the Sheffield area an \u201cIslamic ghetto.\u201d<br><br>In response, Cllr Mustafa Ahmed stated, \u201cI condemn your racist language about Darnall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u201cStay away from Sheffield and stop spreading hatred.
