Sheffield pub continues fundraiser supporting Paws for a Cause

A Sheffield pub continued their weekly pub quiz to back the 360wire Paws for a Cause campaign.

In total, The Raven Inn has raised £80 towards our £1,000 goal in support of Paws for a Cause. The event will continue to run every Wednesday night for four more weeks.

The campaign, which launched last week, aims to raise £1000 for 10 autistic children to meet their future support dog, call for 10 volunteers to register their interest in becoming a puppy foster parent for Support Dogs, and gather sponsorships for autism support dog Peggy.

All proceeds from a raffle and merch sales will go to the charity. Entry for the quiz is priced at £2, with half of it going directly to Support Dogs.

Paws for a Cause has several events lined up to aid in fundraising efforts, which will be announced on 360 Wire’s social media pages. A ‘register your interest’ form is also available on the website to gather more volunteers willing to be puppy socialisers for the charity.

Additionally, a GoFundMe has been set up with all donations going towards Support Dogs’ work.
