An 18-year-old woman and 27-year-old man were taken to hospital with serious injuries following the crash.

Police are appealing for information surrounding the crash which occurred at 6:55pm yesterday (Friday 31 October), on the A1079 between Wilberfoss and Barmby Moor, York.

The incident involved a grey Renault Master, black Mini Cooper and a blue Ford Focus, and police are asking anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage, or anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them.
