A man who died after his Citroen C2 crashed into a tree on Friday 24 October has been named.
He has been revealed as Nicholas Parkin, 52, from Beckwithshaw, near Harrogate.
At around 10pm on Friday 24 October Parkin’s blue Citroen C2 veered off the road and collided with a tree on Pot Bank near Beckwithshaw . Parkin, who was the only person in the car at the time, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are continuing to appeal for information about the crash.
