There are several bus and National Rail service changes and disruptions across South Yorkshire due to construction work and poorly parked cars affecting accessibility.

National Rail

Sheffield – Hull/Scarborough: Trains will run between Sheffield and Doncaster, and between Hull and Scarborough.
Scarborough/Hull – Sheffield: Trains will run between Scarborough and Hull, and between Doncaster and Sheffield.
Buses will be provided between Doncaster and Hull.

Sheffield

1. Due to roadworks, Pond Street will be narrowed which will also close A Platform in the Interchange. 8 & 8a Services will move from stand A4 to stand D5.
   56 Service will move from stand A2 to stand D2.
   120 & 120k Services will move from stand A5 to stand D6.
   This disruption will remain in effect until Friday November 27 at all times.
2. Due to construction work, certain services would be outbound to Sheffield only and resume normal route at Haymarket as Waingate will be closed in one direction towards the City Centre only.

This will affect Lady’s Bridge, Bridge Street, Snig Hill, Castle Street on 8, 8a, 9a, 20, 47, 48, 52a, 75, 76, 76a, 76e, 97, 98, 207, 779, X1, X2 & X3 services.
Inbound 8, 8a & 75 services will be diverted via Bridgehouses, Bridge Street (not Nursery Street), turning right at the end onto Bridge Street, Snig Hill, Castle Street & Haymarket.
Inbound 9a, 20, 47, 48, 52a, 76, 76a, 76e, 97, 98, 207, 779, X1, X2 & X3 services will be diverted via Ladys Bridge, right onto Bridge Street, Snig Hill, Castle Street & Haymarket.
This disruption will remain in effect until October 23 at all times.

3. Due to roadworks Attercliffe Road remains temporarily inaccessible due to multiple unannounced roadworks until further notice. Stage Coach Service 52 is subject to diversion.
4. Due to roadworks, Galsworthy Road & Donovan Road are temporarily closed until further notice. First South Yorkshire Service 98 is subject to diversion.
5. Waverly estate is temporarily inaccessible due to poorly parked cars, First South Yorkshire Services 73 and 95 is subject to diversion until further notice.

Rotherham

6. Baring Road is temporarily inaccessible due to poorly parked cars. Stagecoach 137 is subject to diversion and Service 137 is to divert via West Hill in both directions. Unable to serve Blackburn Estate. These are until further notice.

7. Silverdales still remains temporarily closed due to emergency utility works until further notice. TM Travel Service 20 is subject to diversion.
8. Rotherham Interchange stands A1 to A4 are temporarily closed due to maintenance work until further notice. First South Yorkshire Service X3 at Stand A1 will now depart from Stand B4. Stagecoach services 8, 8A, 108 and 221 at Stand A3 will now depart from Stand B5.
9. Central Drive is temporarily inaccessible due to emergency utility works until further notice. TM Travel service 20 to divert via Locksley Drive in both directions.
10. Hesley Road is temporarily closed for emergency utility works. Cawthrone’s Travel service 635 and Stagecoach service 135 to divert via Upper Wortley Road, Brook Hill, Barnsley Road, Chapelfield Road, Barnsley Road and Brook Hill in both directions. Globe service 136 to divert via Brook Hill in both directions until Wednesday October 21 .

Barnsley

11. Parkside Road remains temporarily closed due to utility works from until 1700 Saturday October 17 at all times. Stagecoach services 67, 67A, 67C to divert via Skiers View Road, Fearnley Road, Hoyland Road in both directions

Doncaster

12. Princess Road is temporarily inaccessible due to emergency utility works. Stagecoach service 221 to divert via Sedgefield Way before resuming normal route on Adwick Road until further notice.
13. Lords Head Lane from its junction with Edlington Lane to Stapleton Road remains temporarily closed until 23.59 Friday October 23 due to utility works. First South Yorkshire service 314 towards Edlington is to divert via Edlington Lane in both directions and is unable to serve Stapleton Road.
