£159.5k worth of cannabis found in Hull property

An investigation has begun following the discovery of a cannabis grow worth £159.5k at a property down Glencoe Street, Hull yesterday morning.

On Thursday 23 October at around 8:30am, officers from Humberside Police Kinetic investigation team conducted a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant.

When the police entered the property, it was reported that a large quantity of cannabis plants with an estimated value of £159,500 were uncovered.

A scene guard was put in place to allow crime scene investigators to attend and dismantle the grow.

Enquiries are still ongoing whilst police try to identify those involved.
