A points failure between Doncaster and Adwick has caused disruption and three train cancellations.
The 9:06am Sheffield to Adwick, 9:21am Leeds to Doncaster and 10:24am Adwick to Sheffield are all cancelled.
Northern Rail have confirmed that Network Rail staff are on site and have rectified the fault, meaning the line will reopen shortly.

One person has commented on this post asking for any replacement transport as ‘plenty of people are stuck at Meadowhall’.
A spokesperson from Northern Assist replied and said: “It has been requested but not yet confirmed unfortunately.”
They have suggested alternative travel suggestions for those who are impacted by the disruption, passengers are advised to travel between Leeds and Doncaster via York.
