A burglary has occurred in Harrogate, where approximately £20,000 worth of Asian gold jewellery was stolen, North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information.
The unknown offenders broke into the property on Crab Lane and searched the house before leaving with the high-value items sometime between Saturday 27 September 25 and Friday 10 October 2025.
PC Conor Taylor from North Yorkshire Police said: “If you do keep valuable jewellery or large amounts of cash in your home, please take steps to secure it properly.
“A burglar who is determined will search high and low for your treasured possessions.”
The stolen items from the property include: a necklace which was red in colour with a gold centre, several thin gold chains, a gold chain with diamonds on the bottom, a necklace with green beads and gold in the centre, four gold rings, four gold earrings, two diamond rings, two gold bangles and some silver jewellery and a number of Pandora rings and bracelets were also taken.
North Yorkshire Police are calling on anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage, or if anyone has been offered the items for sale to get in contact.
