Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a woman was left with life-threatening injuries following a road incident in Sheffield last week.
Emergency services were called to Burncross Road at around 6.30 am on Friday, 10 October.
It is reported that a woman in her 30s had fallen from a moving car.
She was taken to the hosputal, where she remains in a critical, life-threatening condition.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault shortly after the incident.
He has since been released on conditional bail as enquires continue.
South Yorkshire Police are now appealing for anyone who may have seen the incident or captured it on a dashcam to come forward.
Investigators are particularly keen to hear from motorists who were in the Burncross Road area, near the Fiveways Convenience Store and the Wharncliffe Arms, between 6 am and 6.45 am on Friday morning.
