A woman in her 30s has died following a collision on Stanningley Bypass in Leeds in the early hours of Saturday, 11 October.
According to West Yorkshire Police, emergency services were called at 1.14 am after reports of a pedestrian on the road near Pudsey Train Station.
Shortly afterwards, a further call reported a collision involving the pedestrian and a van.
Emergency services attended but the pedestrian, a woman in her 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her family was notified and is being supported by specialist officers while police enquiries continue.
Police officers from the Major Collision Enquiry Team are urging anyone who saw the collision, or who may have dashcam footage of the area at the time, to come forward and provide information.
